The works comprise the replacement of existing windows and doors to a selection of the Associations properties, as per attached specifications. The existing windows are to be replaced with high performance timber aluminium clad top swing reversible windows, and doors are to be composite high-performance doors. The properties are within Alness and Invergordon (30 nr properties receiving windows, 2 nr common front entrance doors, 11 nr front and rear property entrance doors).
